The existing windows were replaced with next-generation alternatives, optimizing thermal and acoustic insulation and enhancing the building’s aesthetics, alongside the replacement of boilers to improve thermal efficiency.

Facade Refurbishment

A complete refurbishment of the external plaster of the facades enhanced the durability and aesthetic value of the building, selecting resistant and visually pleasing materials.

System Upgrades

The project included updating the electrical systems of the common areas, introducing a new intercom system, raising safety and modernity standards.
